      Roles define who we are. We get responsibilites and authority from each role. Roles are the basis for our another page on this sitemission in life.

      Processes are the steps we take to accomplish objectives. We apply our knowledge and skills on processes. A process describes the chain of specific events which produce another page on this sitedeliverables (create tangible products or offer intangible services). An example is the phases in another page on this siteWork and Purchasing processes.

        We analyze processes because we want to find out how we can get better at each of our roles.

      Resources are the basis for quantitative (numerical) goals we work to achieve (such as improvement of our assets).

      Traits are the quality of character (values) which we want to exhibit.
