Can troubleshoot DOS and Windows performance and reliability by using several utilities (MSD, QEMM, PCKwik, PC Tools, Norton, etc.). Can apply MS in Education to quickly and thoroughly teach others to confidently use Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, WordPerfect, Lotus Freelance, and Corel Draw with a large library of clip-art graphics and tools.
